I serve as the Administrator of Housing Programs at MSHN. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring that the goals and objectives of our housing programs are met in alignment with regulatory standards and contractual obligations. I oversee program operations, guide staff development, and ensure that our services remain client-centered and outcome-driven. I have proudly served at MSHN for 20 years.
My career path has been deeply shaped by lived experiences, which have instilled in me a strong sense of empathy, resilience, and commitment to advocacy. These experiences continue to inform my leadership style and my dedication to serving vulnerable populations.
I am driven both personally and professionally by the opportunity to meet meaningful goals and contribute to positive, lasting changes in the lives of others. Seeing progress, no matter how incremental, fuels my passion for this work.
MSHN fosters a family-like environment where staff are consistently encouraged to grow, both personally and professionally. Whether it’s pursuing further education or learning to view challenges from new perspectives, the culture here supports continuous development. The flexibility and support we receive make it a truly enriching place to work.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, crocheting, and seeking out new experiences that broaden my understanding of the world.
What Brings Me Joy at MSHN
What brings me the greatest joy is knowing that I’ve made a difference, no matter how small, in someone’s life. Every step forward for a client is a shared victory.
Favorite MSHN Memory
One of my favorite memories is creating an agency song during All Staff Day, which brought together voices from across the organization in a celebration of unity and purpose( and a good laugh). Another cherished moment was seeing the joy on the children’s faces when Santa visited Educare, it was a reminder of the magic we can create through compassion and community.
