I currently serve as the Associate Vice President of Operations, overseeing daily operational functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting staff development, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission. I have been with MSHN for over seven years.
My career has been shaped by experiences in nonprofit leadership, program development, and community engagement, all of which deepened my commitment to serving children and families. I’m personally and professionally motivated by creating lasting, positive change and empowering teams to reach their full potential.
What I enjoy most about working here is the collaborative spirit and shared passion for making a meaningful difference. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and exploring new places.
What brings me joy in my work at MSHN is witnessing growth—both in the children and families we serve and in the staff who dedicate themselves to our mission. One of my favorite memories is celebrating a milestone anniversary with our team, reflecting on the many lives touched by our collective efforts—it was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
