Hope Bridge

Monument Village & Fairway Commons Housing
For families who have experienced homelessness, MSHN offers HUD-subsidized housing in townhouse-style units on our 22-acre campus or in nearby apartments. These homes provide a stable foundation for families to rebuild and thrive. The program is designed to guide families toward long-term independence and a brighter future.

Fresh Start & Quads Housing
MSHN’ Fresh Start & Quads Housing program is designed to support older youth and young adults, who may have aged out of the foster care system or are otherwise unhoused. Participants of these programs may be single, pregnant, or parenting an infant. The Fresh Start program offers subsidized one-bedroom apartments located on MSHN’s 22-acre main campus. The Quads program offers transitional housing options which specifically serves youth that are at risk of homelessness. These units provide a caring and affirming space, along with structured support to help residents build independence and confidence.

Bridge House Transitional Housing
Bridge House offers 12-18 months of transitional housing for individuals exiting emergency shelters. Located on MSHN’ main campus, the program provides a safe and structured environment where residents can begin rebuilding their lives with dignity and support.
